Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate. Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We offer free shipping in the U.S. for all items *U.S. domestic only. Does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. Orders shipped via UPS Ground or USPS First Class. We also offer FREE Shipping to other countries for certain items. Look on the product page to make sure it says FREE shipping. Usually, we specify whether or not a product is eligible for FREE Shipping. You can also try to add the desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout to see the shipping fees. 

We offer FREE international Shipping on orders over $150 Orders must contain $150 of physical products. Gift Card amounts do not apply. 



Orders are currently being fulfilled within 2-3 business days. It all depends on how many orders are in line in front of yours. If you selected an expedited UPS shipping method like 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, your order will typically ship within one business day.



BorninPower and its carriers will not ship or deliver on:

  • Independence Day - July 4, 2018

  • Labor Day - September 4, 2018

  • Thanksgiving Day - November 23, 2018

  • Day after Thanksgiving - November 24, 2018

Standard shipments within the United States are usually sent via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, with additional rate compare options for expedited service like USPS First Class, UPS Three-Day Select, UPS Second Day Air,  UPS Next Day Air, etc. We partner with UPS because they are committed to excellent service AND reducing emissions, no small task for a company this large. We also offer United States Postal Service (USPS) options. Depending on your order total and shipping address, these various shipping options will be available during the online checkout process.



All of our international orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United State or China. You can expect to receive your delivery within 7 business days which depends on the destination to which we are shipping to. We do ship to Canada, Mexico, UK, and Germany.



UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO Boxes. U.S. Postal Service delivery is available to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO Boxes when orders are placed.



Born in Power collects sales tax only in the U.S. and Canada.



On occasion, in very rural areas expedited UPS delivery is not available. In such cases please allow an additional 3-4 business days for delivery.
